The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Elmer "Al" Kuenzer can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

My cousin

I've known Elmer since he was a baby.  His father and mine were brothers.  When we lived in Pontiac we would visit and as kids enjoyed playing together.

Over time we lost track of each other.  Funerals is when we would see each other.  I found him in Crossville.  He and Donna visited me in Bloomington In and I visited him a few times.

Last I knew he was getting ready to move to South Carolina.  I tried calling for weeks and then both phones were disconnected.  Imagine my surprise when I leatned he past.  The cancer was in remission so I'm puzzled.  If someone could tell me what happened I would be grateful.
