Obituary for Joyce Loden

Joyce Loden
Joyce Lee (Thomas) Loden 58 of Crossville TN,
moved to HEAVEN from the Cumberland House Hospice on April 19, 2016.
Following a brief diagnosis of Cancer.
She was born on October 26, 1958 in Cumberland County.
The daughter of Bonnie Evelyn Copeland and James Henry Thomas.
She was of the Baptist faith.
She worked in Food Preparation and House Keeping over the years.
The thing's she enjoyed in life included Playing and singing Gospel and Country music,
horseback ridding, Playing Horse shoes,Talking on the telephone with Family and Friend's.
She loved Animal's and small children. And she loved JESUS and would ask everyone if they knew Him. She had a great sense of humor and liked to make people laugh.
She would usually greet you with "hello young man "or "hello young lady"
and always a "GOD bless you" or "have a blessed day".
Tho my sister and I had our difference's she taught me a lot about not judging people,to think the best about them and about Forgiveness and about being compassionate. There is a saying "There but for the grace of GOD go I".Or "Walk a mile in my shoes". The good LORD know's Joyce walked alot of miles.
My sister was a strong woman, one who endured a lot of hardship's in her life.
This life was not good to her !
Yet she could sing of how she loved JESUS and how He loved her.
One of her favorite song's was "JESUS Hold My Hand".
To her He was the friend who stick's closer than a brother. Proverbs18:24b
Joyce walked from Fear into FAITH and Finally into PEACE. Now being made whole in Mind, Soul, body and Spirit.
May we all find and walk that walk of Faith in the LORD as our Savior and find His PEACE.
I read somewhere "The Spirit of the LORD say's-- my child rest assured of My
love and promises to you for good and not for evil. Only believe". She believed.

Her family would like to sincerely thank the many Church's and individuals who helped Joyce the past 2 and a half year's, also Meal's and More, especially Bro.
