William "Bill" Richard Hayes, 63, of Monterey, Tennessee, passed from this life on Sunday, October 29, 2017 at his home.
Bill was born September 28, 1954 in Milford, Delaware to the late Ethel Mae (Givens) and Arthur M. Hayes.
Bill is survived by:
Wife: Charlotte Dianne (Grimes) Hayes of Monterey, Tennessee
Bill chose cremation and the family followed his wishes and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
