David James Carroll, 41 of Crossville, Tennessee passed from this life on Saturday, April 15, 2017, at Erlanger Health System in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at Cookeville Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses located at 3850 Gainesboro Grade in Cookeville, Tennessee 38501.
